Product Warranty

Lifetime BMX does not express or imply the warranty of any single product or brand. A warranty will only apply as described by the product manufacturer and their individual terms and conditions. Please check the manufacturer's warranty policy prior to contacting our returns department. Warranty service or product replacement is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer and/or Lifetime BMX. Please allow time for us to discuss your case with the product manufacturer before providing a response to you.

Defective Merchandise Return Policy

If you receive an item that you believe to be defective please contact customer service immediately by email (lifetimebmxstore@gmail.com). Please provide your order number and photos of the suspected issue in your initial email to help us assess the possible issue faster for you.

Most manufacturers will allow us to process warranties in-house but in some situations, the manufacturer may prefer to handle the issue directly with you. If the manufacturer does not handle your claim to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse any return for merchandise that is found to be free of defects.
